Our multi-point inspection includes burner tuning and testing of safety controls and interlocks. Our services help to keep your equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Phoenix provides planning and on-site supervision for galvanizing kettle changes.  Whether you have your own zinc pumps or need to rent ours, we assist with the equipment and planning.  Phoenix can supervise the pump-out, the furnace disassembly, setting the new kettle, furnace reassembly, and zinc loading, and provide a controlled meltdown schedule to bring the furnace back online.

Phoenix provides consulting services for galvanizing equipment and processes, including equipment selection, facility layout, and process optimization. For special projects, we work with customers to develop practical solutions based on their requirements.
