Phoenix provides annual or biannual preventive maintenance services for furnaces.  We conduct a multipoint inspection that includes burner tuning and testing of the safety controls. Our services help to keep your equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Many times galvanizers lack the experienced personnel to pump their kettles.  Phoenix will help you make your next kettle change run smoothly.  Whether you have zinc pumps or need to rent ours, we will assist you in getting everything required for the project.  We can supervise the pumping itself, the disassembly of the furnace, setting the new kettle, the reassembly of the furnace, stacking of the zinc, and furnish a meltdown schedule to get you back up and running in a short amount of time.
